You can reset your password via the 'Reset' link on the control panel login screen. You can find that at a URL of the form:
http://www.5qhexample.co.uk/cpanel
where '5qhexample.co.uk' is replaced with the domain you're hosting with us.
The 'Reset' option is at the bottom of that page:
Input your username (which is case-sensitive) and hit the 'Reset' button. Instructions to reset your password will then be e-mailed to you.
