If you find you can view a new site via a URL without the 'www' prefix, of the folllowing form:
http://5qhexample.co.uk
where '5qhexample.co.uk' is the domain you're hosting with us, but not:
http://www.5qhexample.co.uk
try restarting your web browser or computer - this may be a local DNS caching issue specific only to your own device and connection.
