Don't panic - it's probably not. However, before contacting us there are some quick checks you can perform to verify the status of your website and to assist us in diagnosing any issue.
Our systems watch for failed logins (both control panel and e-mail). If they suspect a brute force hack attempt is taking place, they will block the originating IP from trying to connect.
If you accidentally trigger such a block, you won't be able to visit your website or log into cPanel, but everyone else on the Internet will still be able to access your site as normal.
To check if this may have occurred, visit Down For Everyone or Just Me? and enter your URL for checking.
If it's just you, then there may well be a block on your IP - let us know your IP (which can be found at What is My IP?), and we will check the firewall for any block.
You should also check with your ISP to see if any maintenance or network issues are occurring there.
